Extending from senior primary school years, students from this junior high school group are continuing with their learning on classic and traditional art skills techniques, such as, observational drawing, proportions in both 2-D & 3-D formats. Gradually, students are encouraged to apply art & design elements and principles to their art making practices.

With this year level, students are also introduced to more specific art forms and techniques, namely, watercolour & oil painting, dry point etching and intermediate lino printing and sculpting techniques.
